About Meander In BnB
Meander In is a welcoming Bed and Breakfast with John, Sue and Gran Kath eager to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible and your stop-over in the Midlands, a memorable one.
The yard is secure and there is plenty of parking for your vehicle, caravan, boat etc., in the garden or under the carport which is alarmed at night.
Each B&B room has its own entrance from the garden, en-suite bathroom with amenities (shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and soap) and equipped with a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a safe, a hairdryer and for those chilly evenings, there are heaters, electric blankets or spare blankets in the cupboard. An iron and ironing board is available on request.
The Patio area is equipped with a couple of seating areas and dining tables. A flat screen TV with full DSTV is available as well as free Wifi. There is an honesty bar available too. Also on the Patio is a fridge, microwave, plenty of crockery and cutlery as well as condiments, all available for your use. On chilly evenings the fire-place is equipped with lots of wood and coal to keep you warm whilst you chat with the family, watch your favourite sport on TV or enjoy a game of Chess, Rummikub, Scrabble and a host of other board games.
Should you want to Braai/BBQ rather than dine out at one of the excellent local Restaurants, there are Braai facilities available either on the deck of the Patio or next to the Pool.
John and Sue are happy to organise any adventure sports for example, The Karkloof Canopy Tour, Horse-riding, a Balloon Ride (weather permitting) and even a trip up Sani Pass just to mention a few. Please see the “Explore” page for further fun activities on the Midlands Meander.
You are also very welcome to just spend the day at the B&B should you need to relax and unwind at the beginning of your holiday. The Pool is always sparkling clean and swimming towels are available on request. Please just a reminder, if you have children, we require your Supervision around the Pool at all times especially when the safety net has been removed to enable guests to swim.
Meander In is a Pet friendly establishment and we have certainly met some wonderful furry friends. Big, small, tiny, long, short, furry, dappled, toothless, old and young, we’ve met them all and their wonderful owners.
Should you be staying over for a couple of nights and need a Laundry Service, this can be quickly organised.
