Howick Falls
At 95 metres high, the Howick Falls on the Umgeni River is one of the 10 tallest waterfalls in South Africa. Known by the Zulus as KwaNogqaza, ‘Place of the Tall One’, the falls are regarded with grave superstition, and said to be the place of the spirits of ancestors.
